About this opportunity

The Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP) helps individuals and families facing a housing crisis. It provides one-time crisis grants paid directly to landlords to prevent eviction and keep households stably housed. The program also offers case management, counseling, budgeting and life skills training, education on tenant rights and responsibilities, and mediation between landlords and tenants. Households must have a lease in their name, demonstrate an ability to pay rent going forward, and comply with a documented case plan.
