About this opportunity

The Maryland Manufacturing 4.0 (M4.0) Grant Program provides grants to small and mid-sized Maryland manufacturers to invest in Industry 4.0-related technologies, machinery, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and digital business practices to remain competitive and drive growth. Grants range from $25,000 to $500,000, covering up to 75% of eligible project costs for small manufacturers (3–50 employees) and up to 50% for mid-sized manufacturers (51–250 employees). Twenty percent of available funds are reserved for small manufacturers with 3–50 employees. The program is legislatively mandated with funding through FY2028. Applicants located in ENOUGH Act eligible census tracts receive a +5 point scoring bonus.
