About this opportunity

The Continuum of Care (CoC) program promotes a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness. It provides funding to nonprofit providers and state and local governments to quickly rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness while minimizing the impacts of trauma and dislocation. The program also promotes self-sufficiency and access to mainstream programs. Baltimore City's Mayor's Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) runs a local competition each year to select and rank project applications before submitting a consolidated application to HUD.
