MD-HEOCAP is a state grant program that provides funds to eligible nonprofit organizations to increase college and career awareness and support college completion for low-income Maryland high school students. Priority is given to applicants targeting communities with the highest rates of concentrated child poverty in each county, specifically communities eligible under the Governor's Office for Children's ENOUGH Grant Program.
