The Continuum of Care (CoC) program is the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) primary funding source for homeless services, providing competitive grants for housing and supportive services to address homelessness. Prince George's County Department of Social Services administers a local competition for FY 2025 CoC funds as the Collaborative Applicant for the Prince George's County CoC (MD-600). The FY2025 competition was delayed after HUD withdrew the original Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) in December 2025 and indicated it would reissue a modified NOFO before the funds obligation deadline.
