Federal grant program established under the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 that provides financial assistance to Maryland to administer and implement its Coastal Zone Management Program. Maryland receives approximately $2.5 million annually from NOAA's Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM).
