About this opportunity

BDC's Property Improvement Grants help business and property owners invest in exterior improvements that strengthen commercial districts, enhance curb appeal, and create more vibrant places to do business. The program includes two citywide grant tracks: the Facade Improvement Grant (FIG), which supports building facades, storefronts, signage, and awnings; and the Outdoor Spaces Grant (OSG), which supports outdoor seating, landscaping, lighting, and parklets. All grants are reimbursement-based, require approval before work begins, and are subject to available funding.
