About this opportunity

The County Arts Development (CAD) Grant supports Maryland's designated county arts agencies with the goals of connecting artists, arts organizations, and audiences statewide; encouraging local arts activity across all disciplines and communities; and providing equitable, transparent arts funding at the local level. The program also offers technical assistance to help county arts agencies with their plans. Eligible agencies apply annually, alternating between On-Year applications (every 3 years, submitting a three-year plan) and Off-Year applications (the intervening 2 years, reporting on changes and financial activity).
