The Office of Home Energy Programs (OHEP) provides financial assistance (utility grants and shut-off prevention services) to low-income households to help pay electric, heating, and water/wastewater utility bills. Eligibility is based on household size and gross monthly income within the last 30 days, at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
