About this opportunity

Provides grant funds for infrastructure projects that support economic development, stimulate private investment, and create jobs in rural Maryland counties. Projects are proposed by the state's five tri-county regional councils in coordination with local jurisdictions. Regional projects fostering collaboration between multiple counties are encouraged.
