About this opportunity

The FQHCGP provides capital grants to assist in the conversion, acquisition, design, construction, renovation, and equipping of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) facilities. FQHCs provide primary care, specialty care, OB/GYN, dental, mental health, and drug and alcohol abuse treatment services. The program has been in existence since 2004. Funding priorities are set by the Primary Care Office under the Office of Population Health Improvement.
