About this opportunity

The Chapter 30 Scoring Model is a project-based scoring system developed by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to evaluate and rank major transportation capacity projects being considered for inclusion in the Consolidated Transportation Program (CTP). Projects are evaluated across nine goals and twenty-three measures using project data, modeling analysis, and qualitative questionnaires. Project scores are one of many factors used to decide which projects receive funding and are included in the CTP. The program is authorized pursuant to Chapter 30, Acts of 2017 (Senate Bill 307).
