The federal Continuum of Care (CoC) Program promotes communitywide commitment to ending homelessness. It funds nonprofit providers and state and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families, minimize trauma and dislocation from homelessness, promote access to mainstream programs, and support self-sufficiency among people experiencing homelessness.
