About this opportunity

The City of Annapolis offers two housing rehabilitation assistance options for qualifying low-income homeowners. First, through Arundel Community Development Services (ACDS), eligible homeowners can apply for forgiveness loans of up to $30,000 to cover home improvement work performed by a licensed contractor — no cash is given directly to homeowners. Work is provided at no cost unless the home is sold, rented, or transferred within 15 years; if transferred within that period, the full amount must be repaid within 11 years, with the loan reduced by 20% per year for years 12–15.
