The Focused Neighborhood Assistance (FNA) Program helps low- and moderate-income homeowner and condominium associations in Montgomery County improve their common areas using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Capital Improvement Project (CIP) funds. DHCA partners with community associations to fund common area improvement projects, covering 80% of construction costs plus all architectural, engineering, and project management services. The association contributes 20% of construction costs upfront.
