Montgomery County's Child Care Support Services (CCSS) Family Support program connects families with bilingual Family Resource Specialists who provide free, personalized consultations in person, virtually, or by phone. Specialists help families find licensed, high-quality child care, learn about free play-based programs, navigate tuition assistance applications (Child Care Scholarship, Working Parents Assistance, and EquiCare Grant), and connect with community resources and parenting workshops. The EquiCare Grant provides free child care for income-eligible families with children ages 6 weeks to 4 years.
