About this opportunity
The City of Annapolis Office of Community Services provides operating and/or capital grants to local nonprofit organizations to strengthen community services and benefit City of Annapolis residents. Operating grants support day-to-day costs of running a nonprofit; capital grants support property purchases, facility construction or remodeling/expansion, or equipment purchases. Priority is given to programs that sustain and empower youth, families, and individuals toward self-sufficiency; preserve and enhance community character; contribute to a vibrant local economy; or promote community revitalization, economic development, and environmental sustainability. Final funding decisions are made by the Annapolis City Council as part of the FY 2027 City Budget process.
