Provides financial assistance to eligible owner-occupied homeowners in Prince George's County for the rehabilitation of single-family homes, including health, safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility repairs. The program aims to upgrade deteriorated dwellings to contemporary minimum property standards and eliminate housing code violations. Households under 50% of the area median income (AMI) can receive up to $50,000 in services; other eligible households can receive up to $30,000. The program is funded by Prince George's County Department of Housing and Community Development and administered in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Maryland.
