About this opportunity

Prince George's County offers two complementary home repair assistance programs for eligible owner-occupied homeowners. The Home Ownership Preservation Program (HOPP) provides financial assistance to limited-income homeowners for health, safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility repairs to bring deteriorated single-family homes up to contemporary minimum property standards, including the elimination of housing code violations. HOPP is administered by Habitat for Humanity of Metro Maryland in partnership with the Prince George's County Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
