About this opportunity
CPIP is a Maryland state grant program that supports college access and completion goals. It provides financial support and fosters partnerships between high-need local education agencies (LEAs) and higher education institutions to raise the level of academic preparedness of economically and environmentally disadvantaged middle and high school students in grades 6–12, helping them attend, persist, and succeed in college. The program encourages partnerships between a lead higher education institution and a non-profit organization.
