About this opportunity

The ACR Fund provides zero-interest loans to spur economic activity and improvement in Anne Arundel County's Commercial Revitalization Districts, including the Glen Burnie Town Center, parts of the City of Annapolis, the County's Enterprise Zone in Brooklyn Park, and designated commercial corridors in South County. AAEDC also leverages Maryland's Project Restore funding to help activate vacant commercial properties in eligible areas. In addition to financing, the program includes professional architectural services from a commercial revitalization firm.
