The BCCAP Security Deposit Assistance Program (SDAP) provides one-time financial assistance to eligible Baltimore City residents who have found a rental unit but need help covering the security deposit. The program helps residents secure housing faster, avoid homelessness, and move toward long-term stability by removing financial barriers to housing, preventing homelessness and displacement, supporting rapid rehousing, and expanding access to licensed rental housing in Baltimore City.
