HEAP provides one-time financial assistance of up to $1,000 to eligible City of Rockville residents living in housing with documented energy inefficiencies. The program helps residents access local and statewide weatherization services, home energy assessments, and comprehensive energy audits, and supplements the cost of utility efficiency retrofits. A community services referral coordinator connects residents to additional public and private resources as needed.
