About this opportunity
Montgomery County's Services to End and Prevent Homelessness (SEPH) partners with landlords to quickly match them with pre-screened tenants experiencing or at risk of homelessness. In exchange for leasing units to supported tenants, landlords receive financial incentives including signing bonuses and referral bonuses, a Landlord Risk Mitigation Fund to cover potential losses, double security deposit where appropriate, free marketing of vacant units, care coordination, conflict mediation, ongoing technical assistance, and networking opportunities and events. Consistent rent payments are facilitated through housing providers.
