The Kent County CRRF Small Grant Program provides small grants up to $4,000 on a rolling basis to support initiatives that benefit low-income communities in Kent County. The county makes approximately $20,000 available annually, distributed through quarterly funding rounds throughout the year. Quarterly submission periods are: October–December (award by February 15), January–March (award by May 15), April–June (award by August 15), and July–September (award by November 15). Funding decisions are made within approximately six weeks after each submission period closes, until annual allocations are expended.
