Small Business Assistance Program (SBAP)

About this opportunity

Assists financially healthy small businesses within an identified geographic area that are adversely impacted by a County-funded redevelopment project or a redevelopment project on County-owned property. Provides financial and/or technical assistance to help maintain small business viability over the duration of the County-related project. The financial assistance cap was raised from $75,000 to $125,000 in June 2019; total disbursements as of November 2019 were $910,494 across 22 businesses (51 disbursements). Eligibility is governed by Executive Regulation 24-12AM. Program created in April 2012 (Bill 6-12).
