About this opportunity

The Carroll County Circle of Caring Homelessness Board invites applications from new or existing Continuum of Care (CoC) agencies to provide housing and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness in Carroll County. Agencies may apply to renew existing CoC projects, propose reallocation of an existing project, or propose a new project or expansion of an existing project. The CoC is a HUD-funded program coordinating local homeless service systems. Approximately $500,000 is available for eligible new bonus projects, and $102,212 is available for a new eligible project serving victims of domestic violence.
