The Mayor's Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) is expanding the Assistance in Community Integration Services (ACIS) program, a Medicaid-funded program that provides housing and tenancy-based case management services to eligible Medicaid participants experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The program is authorized under Maryland's §1115 HealthChoice Demonstration and supports participants in obtaining and maintaining housing while increasing access to healthcare and community-based supports. This RFP expands enrollment from 300 to 850 participant spaces across Baltimore City and solicits applications from new service providers (Participating Entities).
