About this opportunity

A support program for family members and informal caregivers who provide care to older adults, individuals with Alzheimer's disease, or children and adults with disabilities. Services include information and outreach, counseling and support group referrals, individual consultations, a monthly newsletter, small one-time respite grants (contingent on availability of funds), and a loan closet with durable medical equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, bedside commodes, bath chairs) and incontinence supplies. Priority for funded services is given to financially needy caregivers.
