About this opportunity

An open competition for organizations to submit statements of interest (SOI) to carry out programs to promote religious freedom. Organizations may submit up to five SOIs in response to this request as prime applicants. This is a global solicitation. Organizations may submit single- or multi-country project proposals. Proposed programming must address restrictions on religious freedom and must be in line with the U.S. Government’s foreign policy goals.

The following organizations are eligible to apply: Foreign-based non-profit organizations/nongovernment organizations (NGO) U.S.-based non-profit organizations/NGOs with or without 501(c)(3) status Public International Organizations Private, public, or state institutions of higher education For-profit organizations or businesses
